Make sure Cake is fully assembled. The side button can fall out of the case during shipping and can be easily reinserted from the inside.

*Don't force it, if it's not going in flip it around ;)

After removing the back cover, insert your watch into the slot on the back crown first. It will slide in without force.

*Be gentle when re-attaching the back cover. We've engineered the locking mechanism to be as durable as possible but can be broken with brute force.

Disable wrist detection. This is a good idea given the watch isn't going to be on your wrist anymore.

Disable notification mirroring. Especially for those distracting apps. Seriously, do it.
